CSMA launches VALIDATA

CSMA, surface analysis expert and subsidiary of CERAM has launched VALIDATA, a brand new cleanliness and surface modification validation package.

Achieving and maintaining surface cleanliness is an issue that affects numerous sectors, from medical and pharmaceutical, to electrical component manufacturers, making the new VALIDATA an important offer.

Firms taking advantage of the package can enjoy benefits including a unique cleanliness index to quantify product/process changes, troubleshooting facilities to help pinpoint and solve cleanliness issues and the availability of specially designed test coupons (either 'off the shelf' or bespoke).

The package also allows companies/organisations to receive official cleanliness validation and certification from CSMA for their particular products or cleaning processes.

Shaun Bainbridge, CSMA Business Development Manager, comments: “VALIDATA is a unique offer, as being able to quantify the effectiveness of cleaning processes and surface standards has, until now, not been available as a one stop shop package.

“This service will enable our customers to monitor cleanliness, assess surface functionality and quantify oxide build up with the relevant certification.”

For further information on the new VALIDATA package from CSMA, please contact Shaun Bainbridge on +44 (0)1782 764 21 or shaunbainbridge@csma.ltd.uk
