Ceramics to Play Part in Czech Tendence Fair


Tendence 2004, the 9th International Trade Fair of Furniture, Decoration and Interiors, will take place from 7-10 October 2004 at Prague's Letnany Trade Fair Centre in the Czech Republic.

The large event is split into a number of sections: announced so far are Furniture, Kitchens, Bathrooms (including sanitaryware and bathroom tiling), Floors (including tiles), Fixed Part of Interiors (including stoves and fireplaces), Decoration, Lighting, Art, Media, Services and Competitions.

This year also sees the integration of the well known Silicium Bohemica
(Si-Bo) into Tendence. This exhibition covers glass, porcelain, ceramics, dining ware, stained glass, mirrors, costume jewellery and glass and ceramic technologies.

Organisers TERINVEST Trade Fair Management have also announced that, like last year, a Ceramic Market will be held at the weekend (9-10 October) during the fair. Various ceramic products made by ceramicists and studio potters will be sold at the market.
