Solids Preparation and Characterisation
Retsch GmbH & Co KG (Haan, Germany), a company specialising in solid matter preparation and characterisation, will exhibit at Ceramitec in Munich and is set to present the new Planetary Ball Mills PM 100 and PM 200. These can be used for the heavy-duty, ultra-fine grinding of oxides, glass and refractories as well as for the preparation of paint and glaze specimens.
Another product highlight, says the company, will reveal the sieve shakers AS 200, AS 300 and AS 400 control for exact particle size analysis and quality control applications.
Co-exhibitor Retsch Technology will present devices for particle size analysis such as the CRYSTALSIZER(c) - a white light diffraction instrument - and LA-300 (laser diffraction) which is said to precisely analyse the particle size distribution of ceramic and other materials.
