RSI and Reologica Integrate Software for Stress Measuring

The new WindowsTM-based RheoExplorer operation software for the StressTech rheometer range manufactured by Reologica is able to communicate with the RSI Orchestrator data evaluation modules - thus making the highly sophisticated data evaluation routines from Rheometric Scientific - such as TTS, Modelling, Transformation and MWD - available for users of the StressTech rheometers.

As a result, say the companies, it is much easier to measure parameters such as viscosity, yield stress, thixotropy and elasticity and to make full use of the large measuring range with high position resolution for stress and strain measurements with the StressTech. This is described as a versatile instrument with a large choice of accessories allowing the characterisation of almost any materials, from low viscosity fluids to solids. Upgrades of older instruments for operation under RheoExplorer are also available.
