Opoczno Ukraina Company Registered in Kiev
Opoczno SA has obtained a certificate of registration of the company 'Opoczno Ukraina' with its registered office in Kiev – a limited liability company in which 100% of shares are owned by Opoczno SA.Opoczno Ukraina is to conduct a comprehensive marketing and promotional activity and to undertake steps aimed at intensification of sales in the territory of Ukraine.
Registration of Opoczno Ukraina followed registration of Opoczno (RUS), which the company said was crucial for realisation of its strategy towards eastern markets. The President of Opoczno, Miroslaw Godlewski, said he was supremely confident that the operation of Opoczno Ukraina would strengthen the presence of the products manufactured by Opoczno Group in these markets. This would be also reflected in better sales results, he added.
Opoczno SA is the largest manufacturer of ceramic tiles in Poland. It offers a wide variety of ceramic tiles: wall and floor tiles, glazed and non-glazed milled rock tiles, polished and satin milled rock tiles, as well as a selection of ceramic decorative articles.
Products are sold under the brand names of Opoczno, Primacer, GresTeQ and Dvarcioniu Keramika.
