Labtex Launched into Ceramics Industry
Premium international laboratory equipment brands have selected specialist new supplier Labtex to supply their products in the UK.Huber, Hi Tech Zang, Steroglass, Velp Scientifica and Diehm are among the major manufacturers whose high quality equipment for the ceramics industry, will be supplied by Labtex.
The company has been launched by managing director Greg Smith, a sector specialist with almost 20 years experience in the laboratory equipment industry, together with a sales, logistics and technical support team.
Latest products in the fast-growing range include:
- Glass reaction vessels with a selection of bottom outlet valves in 10, 16 and 20mm configurations with Viton or Kalrez seals, optional Pt100 sensors and pneumatic operation
- The Nuevo controller from HUBER, acclaimed for its ease of use, whilst retaining the full programmability of the original Unistat controller
- Huber’s range of closed-loop circulators, covering the temperature range -20 degrees C to 400 degrees C
- Hi Tech Zang LabManager software for automation of laboratories and pilot plants: a powerful tool for process development and optimisation, scale up and other operations
- Bench-top 20, 50 and 100 litre rotary evaporators from Steroglass, including the Strike 5000: available with Atex certification
- The Cryochiller combined vacuum pump, chiller and coldtrap system, which maximises the recovery rate of rotary evaporators, whilst protecting the vacuum pump
Labtex also provides a comprehensive after-sales support service and provides maintenance for many of the UK’s leading manufacturing companies across a wide variety of sectors.
