US Competition Authority Approves Kone Acquisition of Partek
According to Kone Corporation and Kone Finance Corporation's Stock Exchange Release recently published, the US Federal Trade Commission has issued an early termination notice on 5 August 2002 regarding Kone's acquisition of Partek.This follows earlier European clearance of a similar nature for the acquisition.
Partek Corporation includes the Nordkalk business.
