Invicta to Show in Germany

The Invicta Vibrator Division of Grantham Electrical Engineering Ltd (Grantham, Lincs, England) will be taking part in two exhibitions in Germany in the autumn of this year; Steinexpo running from 4-7 September and Powtec running from 8-10 October.

The company will be displaying a selection of products from its wide range of rotary electric, pneumatic and hydraulic vibrators, which are used in process industries throughout the world. The range of applications extends from low-volume batch operations through to the continuous conveying and screening of bulk industrial minerals, other raw materials and intermediate products.

It also includes such applications as compacting, de-aerating powders and assisting flow from hoppers and chutes.

Invicta stated that it was pursuing a policy of continuous product development to enable it to keep abreast of the requirements of modern industry and that it now manufactures rotary electric vibrators, which range in power output from 0.03kW to 10kW and produce centrifugal forces up to 18,500kg. A full range of vibrators certified to ATEX standards for use in explosion-hazard environments is also available.

The range also includes a number of hydraulic vibrators, said to be ideally suited for use on mobile plant and which are capable of delivering either linear or rotary force outputs. High frequency, 2-pole rotary electric vibrators - often used in devices designed to promote flow from chutes and hoppers - are also available as is a wide selection of air-powered piston vibrators, which are especially useful in the case of small machines, hoppers etc. and in explosion-risk locations.
