Refractories for Industrials
The organisers of the 46th International Colloquium on Refractories have published an invitation and preliminary programme for this annual event, taking place this year from 12-13 November in Aachen, Germany.
Around 50 technical papers from leading people in the field will be presented over the two days. There will be plenary sessions as well as reports from institutes operating in Germany, Ukraine and China. Refractories for various industries will be considered, with sessions covering applications in glass, cement and ceramics.
The small exhibition which runs alongside the colloquium will feature leading companies and institutions, such as Alcoa World Chemicals, DIFK Bonn, Eirich, RWTH Aachen, Martinswerk, MPT (Masterpiece Technology, Unifrax, VELCO, vhi and Wassmer.
