CSMA Merger With MATS (UK)
CSMA Ltd, surface analysis expert and subsidiary of CERAM, the internationally renowned centre for materials and technology based in Stoke-on-Trent, has acquired the business and assets of MATS (UK) Ltd.The combination of these two organisations creates the biggest single entity for commercial surface and materials characterisation in the UK, with the most diverse and complete range of instrumentation.
The takeover deal will see the existing employees of MATS relocate to the Stoke-on-Trent head office of CSMA.
