Chinese Floor & Wall Tiles Report Issued
One of several newly issued China Sourcing Reports from Global Sources Ltd deals with the production capacity, pricing and research and development strategies of China's manufacturers of floor and wall tiles.
Amongst other information, the report says that exports from China of floor and wall tiles topped US$1.4 billion in 2004, up 32% from 2003. Manufacturers expect export growth anywhere between 20% and 50% in 2005. In the whole floor and wall tile industry in China, the ceramic tiles segment is showing the fastest growth.
The Global Sources reports - with other new ones addressing solar panels, air conditioners and cookware - provide market information from extensive factory visits and in-person interviews with key mainland China and Taiwan manufacturers.
