Best Practice Energy Programmes Sponsored in USA
Industrial Heating (www.industrialheating.com) reports that the Industrial Heating Equipment Association, a US body, will sponsor two Best Practice programmes developed by the Department of Energy's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.
A PHAST Specialist Qualification Training Program is scheduled for 24-25 September 2003 at Kolene Corp in Detroit, MI, USA. This two-day programme includes an introduction to the Process Heating Analysis and Survey Tool (PHAST) software. In addition, a Process Heating Assessment Training Course will take place on 7 October 2003 at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare in Rosemont, IL, USA.
This one-day course includes an introduction to process heating and process heating equipment such as furnaces, melters, dryers, ovens, heaters, kilns etc. used by all the major industries. Additional information on both courses can be obtained at: www.ihea.org
