Akron Porcelain Takes Over Universal Clay
Akron Porcelain & Plastics Co (Akron, OH, USA) has announced its acquisition of the assets of Universal Clay Products (Sandusky, OH, USA). Universal Clay Products is a custom moulder of industrial ceramics serving the foundry and electrical industries.
"The acquisition will complement our existing product line as Universal Clay Products has an emphasis in industrial ceramics," said Ken Burkins, Akron Porcelain's Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
