New Vertical Dryer Design from Sacmi

Sacmi (Imola, BO, Italy) has come up with a newly introduced range of vertical tile dryers, designed for customers who produce large sizes yet who do not want to make the production line too long by inserting a horizontal dryer.

It is a model of this type – an EVA 414 – that will soon be installed in Spain: 14 metres high, this dryer represents an effective response to the need to produce medium to large tiles without any negative effects on the length of the production line.

Said to be ideal for managing such large tile sizes, the EVA 414 also ensures optimum performance with regard to particularly sensitive materials, which can be kept in the machine for a long time without any ill effects.

As with all the latest-generation Sacmi vertical dryers, the EVA 414 features tile temperature stabilisation devices and can readily be adapted to include both pre-ventilation devices and chimney fan control via inverter.

Lastly, says the company, perfect alignment of the load baskets is ensured by a position transducer and relative automatic correction system.
