Made in Staffordshire '09

Staffordshire is recognised throughout the world as a ceramics centre of excellence and for its contribution to the ceramic industry. Yet this centuries-old heritage is under threat, and in difficult economic times we’re repeatedly hearing news of its decline.

‘Made in Staffordshire’ is an exciting event which will revitalise this unique heritage and be the catalyst for creating a new supplier network chain. This is the first event of its kind in the region and businesses across the ceramic industry are invited. The event, which is being held at the King's Hall, Stoke, on Wednesday 6 May (10am - 4pm), is sponsored by Build Up North Staffordshire in association with the British Ceramic Confederation and North Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce and is a celebration of the richness and diversity of the ceramic industry.

The ‘Made in Staffordshire’ event will give an opportunity to create new relationships and networking opportunities with purchasers and suppliers.
