Refractories Meeting in France
The umbrella organisation for the ceramic industry in France - Groupement Francais de la Ceramique (GFC) - is organising a two-day special meeting on refractories, to take place at the Leonard de Vinci campus of the Polytech'Orleans in Orleans, France over 15-16 September 2004.
The meeting will be an exchange forum for manufacturers, users and academia. The discussions will cover recent scientific and technological advances and practical possibilities allowing the resolution of industrial problems.
This will take into account the diverse demands required of the refractories sector, the variety of products and evolution of production processes, the choice of refractories and the optimisation of their use.
Registration includes the sessions, lunches and dinner at the Chateau de Meung sur Loire. Registrations made before 15 May will be at the rate of €,180 (full) and €,90 (student); after 15 May the charge will €,230.
