PAS Announces OEM Agreement with Honeywell for Resale of PAS Integrity™ Software

PAS (Houston, TX, USA), a leading supplier of advanced automation solutions, has announced an agreement with Honeywell for the resale of its Integrity software for Automation Asset Management in process plants.

Under terms of the agreement, Honeywell customers will now be able to purchase the Integrity software as an OEM product – to be called 'Automation Change Manager™' – directly from Honeywell. The Automation Change Manager product will make use of the Integrity Asset Model plug-ins to manage embedded Intellectual Property (IP) in all types of control systems, real-time databases, advanced controls and other automation and automation-related assets, including those delivered by Honeywell and most other vendors.

This move is described as especially exciting for Honeywell customers, many of whom have already previously licensed the DOC3000® solution for use with the Honeywell TPS system and can now bring that same functionality and benefit to all Honeywell systems and software, including Experion, PHD, Profit Controller and other automation assets.

PAS Founder and CEO, Eddie Habibi, said: "Our Integrity product meets the need for a common automation and information asset management with improved interoperability among disparate automation systems – something that has become even more important as the process industries continue a best-in-breed approach in a rapidly-changing technology market. We are delighted to have Honeywell as the first partner in bringing the Integrity product to market".

The Integrity product and its predecessor technologies have been deployed to about 500 sites world-wide, making it the leading choice for automation and information asset management.
