System Acquires Nuova Era
The System Group (Fiorano, MO, Italy) has officially acquired Nuova Era. The move is part of a large project of development, added to the internationalisation of the company, aimed at constantly offering more integrated solutions in the extent of its divisions - System Ceramics, System Logistics and System Electronics.
Nuova Era has operated in the field of industrial automation for around 20 years. It specialises particularly in the production of storage machines such as kiln loading/unloading systems, internal transport and glazing lines etc.
Becoming a part of the System group will enable Nuova Era to entirely preserve its identity and productive autonomy, exploiting its experience to the full. System said that for both companies, this move would strengthen the development of new and important technical/sales operations.
