NPL Helps Industry with Adhesion
A workshop to help industry with adhesive bond design and testing is being held by NPL. The DTI supported Performance of Adhesive Joints programme, which is due for completion in September 2001, will form the basis of the agenda.
The workshop on 12 June 2001 - to be held at PIRA International in Leatherhead in Surrey - will enable visitors to obtain the latest results from the programme and to discuss relevant issues with scientists at the leading edge of the work.
Adhesives work within the new DTI programme on Measurement of Material Systems will also be presented. This will provide an opportunity to examine the projects within the programme and find out how companies can be involved.
The cost has been set at £50 per person, to include lunch.
