Multi-Layer Technology for Functional Ceramics


The 10th Ceramic Day of BAM (Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung
und -prüfung, Berlin Germany) takes place from 10-11 April 2003 in Berlin
and will address multi-layer technology in functional ceramics. It is being
held in conjunction with the German Ceramic Society (Deutsche Keramische
Gesellschaft, Köln, Germany).

Some 25 presentations will be made over the two days, with contributions
from representatives of BAM, Robert Bosch, EPCOS, DuPont, W C Heraeus,
Siemens, Siegert TFT, TU Ilmenau, IMST, PI Ceramic, Ceramics GmbH, TU
Erlangen, FIT-Ceramics, Kerafol, Haikutech Europe, KARO Electronics,
CeramTec, Fraunhofer IKTS Dresden, H C Starck, InDEC, IWVE Jülich and DLR
Stuttgart.

Attendance fees range from 120 euro (individual DKG member) upwards.
Students and unemployed persons with an interest in this area should enquire
about special rates.
