Keramia Extends Factory

Keramia Ceramicas SL (Moncofa, Castellon, Spain) has added to its factory building, with the installation of more extruders, new glazing and drying lines and a new kiln. The new facilities only recently became operational and increase the company's capacity to 22 million sq.ft. per year.

Keramia picked up the Tile Association prize for best floor tile in 2003 for its Creta range. As with the rest of Keramia's ranges, Creta is made of extruded porcelain in a new and exclusive manufacturing process that enables each tile to be given a unique relief and finish. The range can also be used to create various styles of modular compositions and decorative solutions for any space, whether indoors or out.
