New Glaze Stains Launched

itaca SA (Pobla Tornesa, Castellon, Spain) launched a new range at Cevisama 2001. The latest developed group of pigments from this colours specialist is a range of glaze stains. The 'CE Series' is the result of knowledge gained by the company over recent years in this field. itaca has created a series of pigments which it describes as offering high performance and excellent behaviour, even for different types of glaze, easy to disperse and with a reduced particle size.

The company's facilities and headquarters are located in the heart of the Spanish ceramic industry and are said to boast the largest industrial facilities for manufacturing ceramic colorants, covering a total area of 25,000 square metres. itaca sells in more than 30 countries in five continents. It offers a broad range of colorants, which consist of body stains for wet processing (CP Series), colouring systems for dry processing (CPD Series), soluble salts (CSE Series) and the new glaze stains (CE Series).
