Name & Structure Change at Decal Paper Company
Announced on 1 April 2001 was that the specialist decal paper company, Tullis Russell Brittains Decalcomania Papers (headquartered in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, England), will be merging with two other coating businesses in the Tullis Russell Group.
As a result of this move, Tullis Russell Brittains, Tullis Russell Coatings and Asia Pacific Specialty Papers will be restructured to form one company. The new company will be named Tullis Russell Coaters Ltd, with immediate effect.
